Explore a World of Spirits through the Secret Rites of Voodoo!
Join Bloody Mary, New Orleans’ foremost expert on Voodoo, for a night of elegant decadence as we're greeted by Papa LeBas, guardian of the gates—who leads us to the Voodoo Loa, La Grande Zombi, and our ancestors who dwell in the spirit world. Bloody Mary is an internationally known authority on this ancient religion—Voodoo Queen, Mambo Asogwe, shaman, healer, storyteller, historian, medium, and ghost hunter seen on History Channel, Travel Channel, Sci Fi, A&E, CNN, and more. Lift the veil as we cloak ourselves in the mysteries of the world's oldest religion!

Discover the secrets of Voodoo!

  • Participate in ancient rituals. The Loa—the Voodoo saints—love to celebrate, dance, and cavort with the living, and spirits love spirits—so we invite them with ritual libations, a toast to the ghost, if you will.
  • Learn to make a Voodoo Doll—an often misunderstood tool of sympathetic magic used for healing, empowerment, and focusing energy.
  • Uncover the legacy of Tituba—Salem’s first Witch—who left behind a voodoo trail of tears!
  • Hear the truth about spirit possession—by which the priests and priestesses of Voodoo become the gods they serve!
  • Listen to tales of New Orleans Voodoo history and mystery!
  • Bloody Mary photo 2
  • Make an ancestral altar from which you will learn to call the spirits into your sacred space.
  • Travel to a local graveyard and meet the dead on their own ground. Bring offerings for the spirits, such as spicy foods (the dead are hungry), jewelry, pictures, letters, and other mementos.
  • Get your mojo on as you learn to conjure with JuJu and Gris-Gris bags! (Each guest will receive a Gris Gris bag for protection)
  • "Voodoo Punch," water, and light refreshments will be served

Voodoo is an ancestral religion where the dead are part of all that we do. Journey with Bloody Mary as you open the doorway to the spirit world!
